Verbesserungsvorschläge
unbedingt mikrowelle und Kühlschrank in der Produktion
Work-Life-Balance
You have flexible flexitime, with core working hours
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
the focus is on rockets
Arbeitsbedingungen
A little more focus on working environments, e.g. kitchens. That's definitely missing, a kitchen just upstairs in the office is far too little for all employees. a kitchen or at least a refrigerator with a microwave is the minimum. This should definitely be installed in the workshop
Kommunikation
direct communication channels
Gehalt/Benefits
Urlaubs und weihnachtsgeld wäre auch super für die Arbeit.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
