What I like about the employer
Die Gehälter sind okay.
What I dislike about the employer
Bis zum Verkauf Ende 2020 mit einhergehendem Trägerwechsel hätte ich durchweg vier bis fünf Sterne vergeben.
Und dem neuen Träger schlechte Arbeitsbedingungen, unrealistische und unerfüllbare Zielvorgaben, es zählen nur noch Belegung und Gewinnmaximierung um jeden Preis. Dafür wird dann auch schon einmal an der Personalausstattung gespart.
Seitens Geschäftsführung unmöglicher Umgang mit Mitarbeitern, die schon jahrelang im Unternehmen sind.
