What I like about the employer
Meine Ausbildung war Gott sei Dank vor der Insolvenz beendet, weshalb sie noch sehr gut war.
What I dislike about the employer
Allgemeine Handhabung der Mitarbeiter und falsch besetzte Führungspositionen.
Working atmosphere
Man wird als Arbeiter kaum bis gar nicht geschätzt, in diesem Fall stimmt der Satz: "Ein Mitarbeiter verlässt seine Vorgesetzten nicht seine Firma."

Alles läuft mit Gas oder Öl.
Collegiality
Bis auf die Vorgesetzten haben alles sehr gut zusammen gehalten bis auf ein paar Ausreißer.

War meines Erachtens gut, jedoch wurden viele um ihre Stunden betrogen.

Bei manch einem Vorgesetzten war das Ego so groß das diese alles andere außer sie selbst in den Hintergrund fallen ließen.

Schwere Arbeit, ist aber in dieser Branche der Standard.

Nahezu nicht existent.

Die Stammbelegschaft lässt die Hilfsarbeitskräfte arbeiten und die Stammbelegschaft geht spazieren bsw auf Nachtschicht wird sich ins Lezte Eck vergrochen um zu schlafen.

War 4 Jahre als Leiharbeiter eingesetzt .
In 4 Jahren haben die es nicht geschafft mir ein Übernahme Angebot zu stellen.
Dafür wurden alle anderen arbeitnehmerüberlasser die nach mir gekommen sind alle nach kurzer Zeit in ein Festes Arbeitsverhältnis übernommen.

Ordnung und Sauberkeit lässt stark zu wünschen übrig

Sehr schwer und auh eine Bodenlose Frechheit Wie teilweise mit Mitarbeitern gesprochen wird

Nur sehr schwerr Kündbar. Firma direkt in der Stadt.
What I dislike about the employer
Nur noch Gewinn im Kopf. Personalabbau. Altersdurchschnitt zu Hoch. Junge Mitarbeiter werden nicht gehalten sondern vergrault.

Geringe Innovation.
Wenig Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten da es oft "Platzhirsche" gibt die frische Ideen nicht zulassen.
Arbeitsplatzverlust wird als Druckmittel eingesetzt.
Arbeitnehmer werden zugesagte Termine für zustehende Dokumente nicht eingehalten, es muss bei einer Führungskraft öfter nachgefragt werden.
