My opinion after the last interview is that the real level of this company is much lower than the stated. And I found this confirmation in the job offer they made to me. The proposed salary was much lower than what other companies suggested.

  • Before arranging an interview, I would recommend to visit the company's homepage and form your own opinion. Because you will need to talk with a person who believes that his personal photo in six different poses on the main page is the main advantage of the company and should attract customers and employees.
  • The interview was conducted by a man who was not self-confident and was visibly nervous when he asked questions. The questions were on SQL topics. Unfortunately, it was difficult to talk because every three minutes, we were hampered by the noise of loud landing planes.
  • In the second part of the interview, another employee joined us. He talked about the advantages of working in their company and tried clumsily to joke.
  • The office was difficult to find, since it is located in a disadvantaged area and there is poor transport connection.
  • The first thing I felt in the office is unbearable stuffiness and heat. The company does not care about the comfort of employees and is not trying to create a comfortable working environment in the office.

Dear candidate,
a rating after three years? Seriously? After three years you obviously have no good memories anymore. We are sure you confuse our company.

1) There are no planes flying over our office at all.
2) We are located in a modern, new, fully air-conditioned building with a terrace, several meeting rooms and much more good things.
3) Our interviews never take place in one of the meeting rooms. Are you sure you were with us?
3.) Just outside the door is e.g. bus stop. All employees in the building and in the street easily get to work.
4) old man you describe? We do not allow our employees to be discriminated on the basis of external appearance, their age or any other property. Please think carefully about your words and change.
5) IT Consult?! We employ only very well paid experts. We have never offered such a general position.
Consider all this fakts, we have to ask you to rethink your rating.

Hier liegt eine Verwechslung vor. Sie meinen bestimmt die Wirtschaftskanzlei RSM Consult. Wir sind ein IT Unternehmen und beschäftigen keine "Sachbearbeiter". Wir haben nie eine solche Stelle ausgeschrieben.
