Sehr angenehme Arbeitsatmosphäre. Auch nach mehreren Jahren komme ich jeden Tag sehr gern zur Arbeit!
Insbesondere in den einzelnen Teams gibt es einen tollen Zusammenhalt. An den Geburtstagen oder zu besonderen Anlässen werden die Arbeitsplätze geschmückt und man findet immer jemanden, mit dem man gern die Mittagspausen zusammen verbringt.
Das Siegel „Familienfreundliches Unternehmen“ wurde nicht grundlos verliehen. Die Kanzleileitung ist sehr flexibel und geht auf individuelle Wünsche ein. Hier würde ich gerne noch mehr Sterne vergeben! ;-)
