The company is still very young, but already highly knowledgable and skilled in their area of expertise. The teams are built and curated carefully and foster high trust and room for errors and learning.

They could improve on leadership skills and dividing the workload more evenly throughout the teams.

Everyone seems to be happy about the company. The image of the company results from a closely bound team with high level expertise and easy approachability, which is true seen from inside.

There is a lot possible to manage your private life through work, but the processes to do this are quite strict.

Personal career developments deviating slightly from the company needs seem to be difficult to arrange.

Salaries are on a good level and always paid on time. Social benefits good be more interesting.
