Honestly they don't respect the work of a creative person, they are looking for persons that can read their minds and execute the ideas of the employers.
A creative process needs time. At this place its just about mass collection of ideas and making things look "nice".

I think if you look through the valuations here, it's only extremly bad rated, or very very good. Which leads to the assumption that the positive reviews are just fake. Also they are pretty much told from the perspective of the management. They just care about the awards they won ( which of course you have to pay for, to participate in the first place)

I've never experienced such an unprofessional behaviour, mostly led by extreme mood swings
