Be kinder, show more empathy and start treating the employees with respect, raise the salaries. And one more thing: please improve the so obviously fake positive reviews here in Kununu, You can do much better.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Depressing and tense working atmosphere, nobody laughs or talks, silent office with no music, everyone very busy and overloaded with tasks, You can really notice the difference when the chiefs are in the office and want to make sure that everyone is watching his own computer.
Kommunikation
Absence of design hierarchy, no art direction and a lot of unpreparedness, the chiefs want to maniacally control the whole design process, rude and impolite e-mails sent from time to time, frequent panicking behavior from the superiors.

Nice and friendly international team although showing a lot of distress
Work-Life-Balance
Paid overtime from a certain hour but very much expected in the first 6 months (since it is unpaid). Necessary overtime due to an overall lack of design strategy and unpreparedness.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
They just think about winning awards, extreme mood swings, very often not in the office leaving the team abandoned to itself, unable to give clear or understandable briefings, huge lack of empathy.
Interessante Aufgaben
A lot of wine labels and packaging projects but most of the times mediocre design solutions.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Salaries kept quite low but some receive Christmas bonus.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
This is just the wrong place for that, as a matter of fact there is no art director or head of design, everything is managed by the (married) chiefs. If You have some talent and are ambitious this is just not the place for You.
