Hier wird man immer "klein" gehalten und nicht gefördert!

Das Gehalt ist reine Ausbeute.. man arbeitet wie verrückt und wird echt mies bezahlt! Daher viele die freiwillig wieder weg sind! Andere die Top arbeiten werden entlassen, wenn man zu unbequem wird.

Hier halten verschiedene Abteilung Teams echt gut zusammen, da macht das arbeiten halbwegs Spaß

Sind kaum welche 45+ da, alles nur "junge"

man bekommt weder richtiges Feedback, noch wird vernünftig mit Personal umgegangen.

Meetings werden zu selten gehalten und wenn dann ist man genauso schlau wie vorher. Infos werden zu spät heraus gegeben oder gar nicht!
