First wave of corona was handled in a poor way because of poor management, but with the new managemenet, the second wave was handled well, employees safety was taken into consideration, and all of us had the chance to get vaccinatetd with pfizer vaccine because of the company support.

All the comments you see in the past were due to previous management, the current management is more focused on the employees and empowering them. The communication between departments are really good, and between colleages respect is number one value.
