From my perspective even in management positions really fine. Had much worse positions

Not long enough here to really give concrete points. But: there is a plan made each year. I am fine on how it is handled

Regulary having a volunteer day. Just helped out a day at the flooded areas in Germany

Doing extra events for all colleagues and you can see everyone is working to get our product better

You are free to work from home or from the office. Nice, well lit offices, great coffee-machines (most important!) :)
The IT environment is modern but will be exchanged soon

There are some processes still struggling but in general the communication between all levels and parts is great

I can only speak for my team, but I couldn't be any happier with the working conditions right now. My manager has always an open ear and is very solution-oriented, which I have never experienced that way.

I am not sure about the future after Covid, but at the moment (home office and part-time office) it's perfectly fine.

I was able to improve my skills right away within the first months, so happy with that. On the long run I am not so sure where the ladder will leave, but in general there are options.

We have the usual plastic free options for coffee-to-go and a water spender but no charging station for e-cars for example. Room for improvement for sure.

Just like our product, we are just as collaborative and agile. We truly practice our values of playing as a team and creating a better version of ourselves. It is fulfilling to collaborate with a team across the globe.

I onboarded during Covid, so the nature of this time was supposed to be rather lonely. But I felt very seen & heard as well as taken care of while getting to know everything.

We are super global, with quite a few female leaders, working with ppl from all over the world. From my perspective, racism has no chance. A downpoint is seeing that some teams and their get new job titels like confetti while others sit on theirs for years.
