Arbeitsatmosphäre

Toxic. Unfortunately, a mixture of incompetent co-workers from other companies. Everything is being decided in Korea. Ismaning office has ZERO say in company's decision-making. Korean mindset with zero understanding how European market and clients function. Everything is kept a secret, like in some criminal cartel. If you see some positive review here, you can be 100% sure it was written by HR.

Kommunikation

What is that? It doesn't exist. Chaos everywhere. No processes, no structure and no compliance with Automotive Industry.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

Just pretence, false concern, toxic environment.

Work-Life-Balance

Non-existing. Work literally never ends. If you leave office after 8 working hours, you will be critisized. Overwork is of course not paid. Normal working hours 10-12 hours. Try to combine it with your personal life.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Disastrous. Management is a product of negative selection. All competent people already left.

Interessante Aufgaben

If you love to do meaningless and pointless tasks and spend weeks and overhours to solve one simple issue for which in normal companies you would need 5 minutes, go ahead, knock yourself out.
