Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I do. The team is very considerate, flexible and helpful. As I just started working for Sastrify, what I can share is about the hiring process and onboarding. Both were managed very well. I’m impressed of how organized everything has been. There’s always someone following up or checking in, which is awesome!
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Fun and fast-paced.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The team is full of diversity yet seems to have the same mindset/attitude.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Everyone’s behavior so far, from supervisors to interns, is easy going and generally encouraging.
Kommunikation
Communication is constant. There are several platforms used specifically for that.
