The atmosphere at work is amicable. Usually, everyone helps each other and supports each other at work and private life.

Kommunikation

Communication is good, as in any company it depends a lot on the department. However, management heavily relies on internal communication and improves it. Meetings are balanced, and OKRs processes support transparency.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

The team includes people from all over the world. Despite very different cultures and characters, we manage to cooperate at a good level and achieve even greater goals year by year. There are internal workshops and meetups, eg. from IT and Product teams, that are very interesting.

Work-Life-Balance

There are days when an extra mile is required, but in most cases, this is compensated by an extra day off or a slower day when you can finish early. It is possible to leave work during the day if you have private matters to do.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

The company, afaik do not encounter many conflicts, and if they are rather settled amicably. Of course, they are both more or less experienced people in the subject, so the company organizes training in non-violent communication.

Interessante Aufgaben

The workload is fairly distributed, and sometimes it is busier, sometimes more succinct. Employees can influence the design of their own area of responsibility. If you are a proactive person and actively search for new responsibilities, the company can collaborate and even move you between departments. The company was even looking to integrate the self-organizing structure, which is probably still a plan.

There are many women in higher positions, which is a plus. However, it could be more.

There is not many, the structure is rather young but feels like everyone is treated equally despite the age.

Career prospects in the company depend on the given engagement. Employees have good personal development opportunities, but it is a company for proactive people. If you expect to be feedbacked every day or micromanaged, it is not a place for you.
