The environment in this company is so peaceful and friendly—very flat hierarchies (near to 0). I've never seen this in other companyies.

The communication is very open betwenn everyone. Also between leadership and the teams. If you have a problem or issue, you can be completely truthful and talk to the leadership team. They hear what your problem is and do everything to solve it.

I've directly seen that this is not just a company, it's a big family which are distributed all over the world. This is so beautiful.

Completely flexible working hours. If you have a private appointment, it's simple to schedule it for the working day.

Lot's of different tasks. And if you suggest a cool project that brings the company further, you can go for it. I love, that the company is really up to sustainability topics and very involved in it.

The whole company is a colourful mix of employees who are all very helpful, honest and super close to each other.

To be honest, it could be a little more money, but the company comes from very small budgets and have to learn now, how to deal independent from investors. But the benefits are super cool for example electrically height-adjustable tables and ergonomic chairs for the own home office, newest working devices (you can choose the brand)and health insurance package

If you want to do a workshop or studies, etc., which brings you further in your job and career, the company supports you in many ways like consulting and covering the costs.
