Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Bewerbungsgesprächen handelte es sich hier wirklich um ein gegenseitiges kennenlernen auf Augenhöhe und nicht um ein "ausfragen" des Bewerbers durch das Machtgefälle.
Die dort schon arbeitenden Personen haben sich selbst vorgestellt und nachfragen beantwortet. Deshalb kommt glaubwürdig rüber, dass viele in der Anzeige genannten Dinge (Flexibilität, Teamwork, niedrige Hierarchien) hier auch gelebt werden!
