Sein Umgang mit Arbeitskräften die er ständig Ausgebeutet hat. Viel Arbeit für viel zu wenig Gehalt..

Leider sehr schlechter Umgang mit den eigenen Mitarbeitern; Chef sieht überall nur sein
Mitarbeiter werden gekonnt mit 20€ Vertragsstrafe und Rauswurf bei Handynutzung (laut Geschäftsführer persönlich auch bei bloßem Mitführen des Handys) unter Druck gesetzt
Gerne werden Mitarbeiter auch bei logistischen Tätigkeiten durch den Chef unterstützt, durch anpeitschende Worte oder einem "Anschubsen" damit auch alle Mitarbeiter schnell genug arbeiten
Ich bin seit nahezu 10 Jahren in der Eventgastronomie, sowas Katastrophales konnte ich bisher nur hier beobachten.

What I dislike about the employer
Ewiges einmischen, plötzliche Änderungen sich nicht an Verabredungen halten. Und das man 24 h erreichbar sein muss.
Suggestions for improvement
Seine Fehler eingestehen und vielleicht mal eine VA so umsetzen wie der Kunde es bestellt hat. Und nicht eigenständig ändern ohne Absprache
