Basically everything else, but, really, the biggest thing is how poorly people are treated and how incredibly passive HR and management are about it - protecting abusers and rewarding ass-lickers is a great way to run a company into the ground!

There's very few women and they are generally treated very poorly - lately, 2 of them got serious stress issues due to all the abuse they suffer daily.

Employees are forced to post on social media to support the company, but everyone on the inside know the product does not work and they are just trying to bullshit investors.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
The only people that get promoted are those who are friends with the managers, anyone who dares to challenge anything is yelled at and shut down; and anybody brave enough to criticise this gets fired.
