Die Organisation des Managements wirkt oft unstrukturiert und chaotisch, was sich negativ auf die Effizienz und die langfristige Planung auswirkt. Zudem wird die Strategie häufig geändert, sodass es schwierig ist, klare Ergebnisse zu erzielen oder nachhaltige Fortschritte zu beobachten.
Insgesamt eine Firma mit viel Potenzial und einer großartigen Arbeitskultur, jedoch mit Verbesserungsbedarf in der strategischen Führung und Organisation.
Flexibility, not bad salary, company events.
People who are actually doing something and moving the things not respected.
Start respect and keep people that worth something, not a people who are just doing great self promotion.
Not bad, there are some quality people that make good atmosphere.
Working overtime, sometimes over the weekend, not respected at all. Good thing is flexibility if you need 1-2 hours during some days if you need to do something.

Not bad, but there are also not same criteria for getting a raise for the same or any established process where you can negotiate about the same.
Some quality people are there. But also people who are stealing and using another peoples ideas and presenting as theirs and collecting points not deserved.

A lot of wasted hours on discussions without any conclusions. Same story from the top management again and again and self promotions and empty stories on company wide meetings.
Not everyone has the same career opportunities or treatment. The budget and career growth benefits that all people are entitled to can only be used by some people.
People are working on the same projects for a years with same top lead where there are no any results. A lot of money and time wasted on discussions and self promotions.
Im Grunde alles nette Menschen, aber der Bums fehlt.

Für ein Startup wird hier viel zu viel Politik betrieben. Damit geht der gemeinsame Fokus auf den Unternehmenserfolg absolut verloren
Wird angeblich immer schlimmer, weil das Produkt nicht hält was es verspricht. Dabei hatte das ganze enormes Potential
Kommt auf die Abteilung drauf an
Da sitzen genug Platzhirsche rum. Über deren Legitimität darf man sich getrost wundern, wenn die Firma endlich nach vorne möchte, sollte sie da vielleicht mal aufräumen.
In anderen Abteilung mglw angemessen, im Sales lächerlich niedrig
Die Kollegen sind top. Aber leider bildeten sich irgendwann leichte Fronten zwischen den Teams, um sich vor noch mehr Arbeit zu schützen.
Ich glaube es gibt, bzw gab gar keine
Die Führungsebene trat meines Erachtens zu früh zu arrogant auf. Als hätten alle da draußen nur auf scoutbee gewartet. Da wird versucht, großen OEMs scoutbee Prozesse aufzudrücken, anstatt sich startup typisch flexibel zu zeigen. Ikarus lässt grüßen..
Man versucht, transparent zu sein. Manche Führungskräfte torpedieren das allerdings und merken gar nicht, wie schlecht sie mit ihrem Team umgehen. Ansonsten wird hier teils auf die amerikanische Weise gecheert, was ich als extrem unangenehm empfunden habe. Das vermittelte mir den Eindruck wir seien immernoch die besten Arbeitnehmer auf der Welt obwohl das Schiff dem Untergang geweiht ist und wir es diesem entgegen gesteuert haben
Das ist schwierig, kulturell gesehen ist scoutbee extrem offen. Aber eine Offenheit gegenüber Frauen, und Frauen in Führungsebenen konnte ich nicht feststellen. Eher das "Alter weißer Mann Syndrom" bei Männern Mitte 30-Anfang 40
Im Vertrieb ganz furchtbar. Erfahrene und gestandene sales people wurden zur Lead Generierung missbraucht und cold calling wurde erwartet.

It surely is a lot of work todo and there are plenty of deadlines to meet. Make no mistake thinking that this is a walk in the park. But taking a day off after some night coding sessions are not a problem at all.
The management motivates you for continuous learning and if you wish, your responsibilities can grow very quickly.
For a startup, competitive! We even have two pool cars (Audi and Skoda) that everyone can use if needed, free massages every month and free lunch in a really good cafeteria.
We donate to the Cameroon IT-Education project and are running on a CO2 neutral Server Environment. So yes, I think this company has a good awareness using the resources we have.
Colleagues meet after hour in bars, for biking or at our summer party. We dine and party together. So yes, our colleagues are super =)
Well, our oldest member is round about 40 atm, but I think he is getting along quite nicely ^^
C-Level feel like colleagues. They are sitting in the same office and are part of the team.
The office is super and the equipment good. People can work on the device they wish (macbook, thinkpad, high performancee pc) There could be of course some progress but we are all working on it. (better chairs, a cabin for phone calls, etc.)
The best part however are the quarterly team meetings, always in another country. This time we are all meeting in Sicily, Italy in January with our colleagues from across the world in total I think 8 different countries. Always a fun week together!
Communication is very liberal. You can directly talk to the management and even the C-Level will find time to listen to your needs.
For a coding company there is a quite high amount of women involved and they are doing great.
The best part is the diversity of tasks. You usually do not work on a specific topic longer than 2-3 weeks. This also means that you'll have to keep on educating yourself on a daily basis but for your personal progress and learning there could be no better environment.
