Interessante Aufgaben
You get to develop amazing features very often and that of course creates a lot of excitement. However, sometimes it can feel not developing something out of oridinary very often and you can get a feeling of doing same kind of tasks over again.
Gehalt/Benefits
This can be improved with better benefits for the collegues. But considering it is a small team then I guess not too bad.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
This can be improved. Things are moving a bit fast at the company so there is a bit less room for doing things additional to your job designation. Such as working on backend if you are a frontend engineer.
