Very respectuful, a lot of ownership
Its a lot of work, and you are never really done, but if you love your job, its not a problem at all
Its good! But very high targets, that feels a bit tough
I love the team, really supportive
Perfect. no other words needed
Home Office and flexible working hours are really awesome
Direct but always friendly
Very interesting tasks and you do kinda everything, this way you learn a lot!
Most friendly and healthy enviroment I have ever worked in with zero politics or bad vibes.
Since it is a startup, you might need to work a but more but that is not very often. Still amazing work-life balance for a startup.
This can be improved. Things are moving a bit fast at the company so there is a bit less room for doing things additional to your job designation. Such as working on backend if you are a frontend engineer.
This can be improved with better benefits for the collegues. But considering it is a small team then I guess not too bad.
Amazing collegues
Super amazing managers. It is a delight to work for them and that's why you want to go an extra mile to deliver.
Transparency
You get to develop amazing features very often and that of course creates a lot of excitement. However, sometimes it can feel not developing something out of oridinary very often and you can get a feeling of doing same kind of tasks over again.
There's a disconnect between the expectations set for the role and the environment provided to succeed in it. Oftentimes it's expected to ask for permission and decision making is solely on the founders.
There's no pressure to work long hours, but there's definitely more corporate vibe than startup
It's alright, but this is no "just do it" start up culture and there's no real feedback on improvements. Lots of bureaucracy and waiting for permissions while no one wants to make a final decision without leadership approval.
Experienced hires are expected to ask for leadership approval on trivial matters, which slows things down and causes frustration. There are no clear expectations set. There is also a tendency for leadership to assign routine or administrative tasks to experienced team members, which can reduce their ability to concentrate on more strategic work.
Communication is fragmented across too many channels and often reactive, with shifting priorities and unclear ownership. Team members are often encouraged to assume “no malintent” when interpreting communication from the founders, rather than the founders reflecting on how their messaging is received and adjusting their communication accordingly.
Definitely not and there's little to no space for improvement even with positive performance feedback.
There is a mismatch between what the role demands and the level of trust, support, and reward provided. Over time, this becomes demotivating and unsustainable.
