Cool idea, but the culture put forth by some in top management is IMHO lacking some basics (respect, trust, security).

The average colleague is a respectful and supportive team mate, interested in a healthy culture, across departments. This makes up for a lot, but not everything.

The company could do better, e.g., by incentivizing employees to commute by train/bike (instead paying only for car parking), turn off unused hardware equipment, fair-trade coffee, ...
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
There is definitely some room for improvement in terms of simple things such as subsidizing lunches, but also more competitive salaries, providing bonuses and shares, etc.
