Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I did love my team, they were sweet and supportive, the people I have met there were truly lovely
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Promotion system where women don't get promoted and people with poor soft skills are moved to management, this should be a must have.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Pay attention to management, it is easy to promote seniors with no regards to their character and soft skills but it is also completely pointless
