Hire fire policy!!
Not at all!
Lowest salary in the industry!
The worst!
Loud and the technical requirements are terrible.
Everyone who is not C level has no voice!
Even though sennder is still a startup, it's very authentic. sennder has taken a strong stance for inclusion, which is not that common. Even the American role models struggle a lot with inclusion and the idea of equality.
At the moment the sennder values seem more like a marketing tool, which is very common for startups. What's a startup without it's silicon valley inspired values.
sennder is currently ramping up the training and career development, so maybe in a few month it'll be above average.
It really depends, not everything can be perfect. Most managers are thankfully fully d'accord with the "sennder culture". Though there are some outliers, as in every company. Some managers believe their title means that they have to act more like a despot than a colleague, but maybe that's also just a general lack of soft skills that you can find in many IT departments.

The three founders are a true role model for me and post of the employees
Keep the team spirit the way it is. The summer and winter camps are amazing!
The trio founders are wonderful guys who made a dream come true for them! Employers are respectful and most importantly make you feel respected. Coming from a different culture and not speaking the language at the office, the employers aim to make you belong.
As busy as they are, I would say there is no follow up sometimes about the work being asked to do.
As much as sennder is a startup, it is also relatively close to a traditional corporate office. I would say to apply more of a startup culture into the office. (Flexible working hours)
There is a brilliant cohesive working environment here at sennder. Employees have tasks to complete and aim to achieve them by the end of the day. The relaxed and efficient atmosphere facilitates this goal for every employee to achieve his/her daily goal.
Berlin being a big city affect this balance. Depending on where you live, commute time can be up to 45 mins. For me, the hours where I spend from the beginning of the day till I'm back from the office is more than what I would call balancing. There is however flexibility with how efficient you are. If you finish your tasks early, there will be no problem if you leave earlier to get to spend more time for yourself.
It is clear there is a vision for sennder and the founders are working tirelessly to make it happen not only for them but for the people who helped them achieve in the process. As an employees, we hope our careers flourish in such a company.
We are continually working to provide the best benefits for our employees and new hires. The most important benefit we are working on the the integration of German classes into the office for our international community for whoever wishes to learn the language. (I can raise my hand for that!)
The colleagues at sennder are comparatively close to one another. But, similar to every growing company, colleagues in the same department or depending on where situated spend most time together therefore tend to be closest. Since all department work together, every person is well-known around the office and with the efforts of making company events where we are all together is a crucial factor in getting us closer together.
Luckily, we are all relatively young in the office so this does not apply respectively at sennder. Anyhow, it all about respect here. Since there is mutual respect for another then this makes it easier to deal with everyone, older/25-35/college interns.
Again, here at sennder we are like a family. Supervisors and managers are here just like the reason employees are are here which is one aim to get the company to the next level all together. There is no boss-employee or intern feeling exerted by the supervisors, however they are serious in getting the job done just like we are.
Every person has their own personal desk, computer and we are offered a fully-equipped kitchen that has daily necessities such as coffee and snacks.
The communication at sennder is transparent and fluid. There is no barrier that hinders any person from interacting with one another in the office. The departments are collectively working hand-in-hand which creates a free communication environment for all employees. Most importantly, the founders make it a point to communicate with every person at sennder wether a manger, an employee or an intern - they are always available to hear you out and give you input.
It's Germany. And as you can see, I don't speak German (yet!) :)
Launching new projects and brainstorming new ideas for the well-being of the company is the most fun job to have in my opinion.
So verdient kununu Geld.
