Colleagues are amazing.

Not people oriented and very focused on image instead of actually being a good employer.
Also layoffs every six months don't help.

I would really love to see the company take care of their people. There are really amazing people there who deserve to be treated (as well as their careers) with much more respect than currently.

The office is very nice and equipped.

It comes and goes but that could be true for most companies unless they're one of the really extraordinary ones.
