Da es sich um einer mittelständige Firma handelt, sind die Karriere-Perspektive geringer. Es gibt trotzdem mehrere Kollege die Stellen gewechselt haben (vor allem zwischen IT, Support und Software-Entwicklung)

Unsere Meinung zählt - es gibt regelmäßige Termine mit dem Vorgesetzten wo man einfach über alles reden kann

Manche Projekte sind natürlich spannender als andere. Man hat die Möglichkeit bei Projekte von anderen Teams teilzunehmen wenn man sich für den Thema interessiert

Wirklich klasse. Offene Feedback Kultur, kein Gezanke, sondern anregender Disput.

Neben Urlaub, können auch weitere Tage "flexibilisiert" werden um Zeit für private Dinge zu haben. Es arbeiten wirklich viele junge Väter und Mütter hier, danke flexibler Arbeitszeiten und "flex" ist eine gute Work-Life-Balance hergestellt.

Es fehlt derzeit eine Klimaanlage, ein Umzug in andere Räumlichkeiten steht jedoch dieses Jahr bevor, dann änder sich das auch.

Jour Fixe der GL, sehr hohe Transparenz, jeder hat jederzeit Zugriff auf Zahlen/Foreceast/etc.
