really cool projects, you can learn a lot if you are an engineer
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
really bad work life balance, but maybe its just a nature of a startup. you are expected to do lots of overtime, saturday work is also not unheard of. but might be that it is a price to pay for cool projects.

HR department is not competent, all HR related information is hard to obtain, some points are not transparent, advertised benefits dont match with reality.

lots of overtime, with 10 percent unpaid, and also not possible to take time off for it. no gleitzeit
