For parents alright. for people who work overhours and like to work hard, they take advantage of that

Team leads that spread lies and proclaim work of others as their own. Yet, there are also good apples, but the bad ones are given too much power and trust. This really makes the entire hierarchy unfair. You always have to be afraid to make a mistake, because if this one team lead gets mad, they do everything to kick you out. This work atmosphere is the most pretentious and toxic I have ever seen.
