International environment, flexible hours, good work-life balance.
The company has great potential, but unfortunately there are a couple of wrong individuals in key positions that make any cultural change impossible. And this is very frustrating.

I have never experienced such a high turnover rate in an HR department. There is an extremely high fluctuation rate which makes it very difficult to bond with colleagues, since you never know when they will resign or get fired out of the blue. Promotion and termination decisions are influenced more by personal favoritism than talent or performance. Nobody “on the higher floors” seems to have noticed that these issues exist. And if aware, no actions have been taken.
No development opportunities, little or no transparency, poor leadership, nothing in place to actually retain the talented and qualified people in the department.
