Run if you can
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Nothing
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Everything
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Very bad - no one would make any decision except this one woman who controls everything. If you do not meet their goals, you would be the only one to blame. Any accidents, slips, mistakes, they would make you a scapegoat for all.
Work-Life-Balance
The management (which means a single lady) would make a decision for everything. Out of the blue, she would refuse your application of vacation citing bad performance.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Do not expect any future or progress here.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Micromanaging is obvious. One day you would receive an email from the upper management scolding you for what should not be her concern.
Arbeitsbedingungen
They stuck to outdated technology which did not help with productivity.
Kommunikation
Bad and when things took a wrong turn because of lack of communication, you would be the one to blame, not the management.
Gehalt/Benefits
You have to watch your back because they would rip off your holidays if they could. They would give you the minimum salary that they could get away with.
