worst, they don't listen. Rather would make you feel that they know everything and you know nothing being new to here, even though you might have decades of experience outside.

that's the worst part of company, misconception of knowing everything for being a supervisor. The excellent people come and leave the company before even staying for half a year as they refuse to adhere to this inefficient heirarchy culture. Also there is an existence of weird Patriarchy culture here in Tech.
