rethink why your product is not performing well. You definitely need fresh perspective and more qualified senior professionals.
The senior professionals who left this company are all doing way better in their career than the existing ones here.

atmosphere is poisonous due to the fact that the tech field prefers an old hierarchy model of boss-subordinate approach. You are bound to be a 'yes-man' to old ideas, otherwise you will definitely face pre determined huge opposition in meeting.

Kommunikation

They pretend to hear, but the ears are closed.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

except supervisor who are the only employees staying for ages here, the young professional are very open and helping

Work-Life-Balance

like any average start up environment Berlin company, nothing special.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

that's the worst part of company, misconception of knowing everything for being a supervisor. The excellent people come and leave the company before even staying for half a year as they refuse to adhere to this inefficient heirarchy culture. Also there is an existence of weird Patriarchy culture here in Tech.

Product could be made interesting as it has good scope, but unfortunately the leadership is not that innovative.

worst, they don't listen. Rather would make you feel that they know everything and you know nothing being new to here, even though you might have decades of experience outside.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

they offer below the standard average pay giving some lame excuses. Hence have to negotiate hard with a readiness to quit. They have low budget for everything.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

even a single day working here is wastage of career.
It should be a desperate choice only for someone.
