What I dislike about the employer
Leider ist die Firma nicht mehr das was sie mal war. Seit dem Weggang des Chefs herrscht nur Chaos und schlechte Stimmung. Ich habe nach 12 Jahren die Reißleine gezogen und wie viele andere Kollegen das Unternehmen verlassen.

What I like about the employer
Gibt sich viel Mühe in Bezug auf Sozialleistungen... Zuschuss zum Kindergarten, kostenlose Verpflegung ect. Freiwillige und selbstständige regelmäßige Lohnerhöhungen und mehr Urlaub. Tolle Betriebsfeiern und immer ein offenes Ohr für Probleme und Sorgen.

Eigentlich nichts!

Leider viel festgefahren, man sollten so manchen alten Schuh tauschen, auch um neue Ideen und motivierte Mitarbeiter nicht zu verlieren.
