We also appreciate you sharing your feedback regarding the internal communication and the overtime regulations. Overtime does occur on occasion and we're sorry if it became a regular occurrence for you. Smunch offers solutions like Home Office or flexi-time to make up for it or fit your appointments around your schedule - hopefully you made good use of them and reached out to your Team lead to find a better solution?

In the meantime, we are working on the topic of internal communications. Our weekly All-Hands meeting is a good start, backed up by regular Open Hours with our CEO. We also encourage our Team Leads to hold regular team meetings and/or 1:1 meetings to ensure a smooth flow of information. We're really sorry if this wasn't the case in your team.

It would be great to hear from you personally again so we can determine the exact team you were a part of, get to the root of those problems and find solutions.
