They allow you to work remotly up to 90 days of the year as well as unlimited sick leave with a very casual approach to hybrid setup. Only requiring you to come to the office once a week when possible.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Never experinced any conflict. Any problems were immitedly owned and everyone comes together to help solve issues quickly. In the tech team we regularly have SCRUM meetings every sprint cycle to discuss problems and their solutions while also complimenting each others successes. Conserns are thoughtfully considered and action is taken quickly to resolve them.

The application is in a fast pace enviroment with thousands of active users. Every change and bug fix have quick and visable impact. So you get to see the results of your work up close and in real time, which is exciting to see.
