Knowledge within the company is very strong, but naturally a lot of it is concentrated among senior consultants. I was lucky to work closely with senior colleagues and actively ask questions, which helped me grow quickly. However, a more structured onboarding with customer-specific documentation or project context for new consultants could make the transition into projects even smoother and reduce dependency on informal knowledge transfer.
