Arrive in the year 2023! the world is talking about remote work and 4-days-week companies! competition for employees in Germany are very high. If you keep asking people to remain 2 days (even in the cold winter) in Frankfurt am Main you are going to get only the worst candidates! The best employers who attracts the best employees allow 4 days week and 32-hour-positions and trully remote work (no Mandatory 2 days in the office). I am happy of not being hired for an old-fashion way of doing HR management.
