A lot of events were helping to spend time together, but the nature of an agency with the option of home office made us sometimes not see each other very often

Respectful and friendly. We had very often 1:1 talks to find out if everything was ok

Nice office in a very central area, good equipment

Everything was being optimised frequently, including the way how we communicated, which I think was working
