It's fun working there. Office got cleaner and friendlier from month to month.

Project based it can be busier at times and that's when you can count on the whole team. Otherwise we all leave pretty much on time, which is very unlikely for a start-up.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
lunch breaks together, regular teamevents & very international - so deutsch and english are spoken depending who joins the meetings or breaks.
Arbeitsbedingungen
soft drinks, coffee machine, water dispenser, regular fruit baskets, beer and now and then snacks or nice cakes.

As always: communication is very important and can be improved everywhere ;-)
