No room for self-development. The management just wants you to obey and looks after your shoulders every single second. New ideas are not welcomed, even if you're an expert in your field - doesn't matter! The management thinks they know it better, no matter what!

Rather than bashing anyone who is giving them constructive criticism, the management team should just accept the facts and think about ways to make the whole working atmosphere more bearable.

There's no I in TEAM, yet everyone is fighting for themselves and selling out others. It's almost impossible to connect or even build something like a friendship with your colleagues.
Work-Life-Balance
Calling in sick people is a normal. Or calling / texting them when they out of office as well.

It's honestly the most incompetent employee I've ever experienced. The management is running their mouth constantly, it's very inappropriate.
