All contributions valued by team, flat hierarchy found normally in start ups encourages innovation. Great team spirit, loved going to lunch with team on our office days. Although a diverse team, worked well together to reach a common goal.

I am greatful for the chance I was given, for the warm welcome by the helpful colleagues and I appreciate my own field of resposibility, in which I can work on what I think is right, when I want and where I want.

The start up mentality is really lived here: Flat hierarchies, flexible work, lunches and after work meetings. Additionally, I have complete freedom over HOW I do my job, as long as I deliver results.

sovity does not have such a big brand footprint outside of the niche of data spaces, but this is something I work on personally.

As a part-time worker, I have complete freedom over my working hours, as well as where I work from.

There are flat hierarchies, so no promotions or anything, but everyone can work on their personal growth.

It is still a small company in the beginning of their existence, so you might make more money somewhere else. But it is fiar.

The communication is really open, friendly and direct. We just launched an internal newsletter, to keep everyone up to date.

Gleichberechtigung

I started as a pregnant mother and was completely transparent about my situation. I still was given the chance to work at sovity. What should be the norm, is not. So equality in the work place is really lived here.
