Der Geschäftsführer lobt seltenst und wenn dann vor anderen Mitarbeitenden auf einem solchen Level, dass es allen Beteiligten unangenehm wird. Wenn er schlecht gelaunt ist, wird das für alle im Büro spürbar gemacht, wenn nicht sogar an anderen ausgelassen. Fairness und Vertrauen ist nicht gegeben.
