Arbeit ist anspruchsvoll kann auch sehr stressig sein gehört aber dazu. Arbeit macht Spaß ist aber oft auch einfach zu viel wodurch eine Menge an Überstunden entstehen

Schwierig / Überstunden wird man zu 100% machen, bekommt dann aber 10-20 Überstunden im Monat abgezogen. Überhaupt nicht Zeitgemäß. 26Urlaubstage naja. Kein Homeoffice obwohl es in vielen Bereichen gut möglich wäre.
