Great work environment and nice projects
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The company has a a great culture of support and communication. The Senior Management is there for many years now, therefore even if the teams in the countries might fluctuate (not unusual in recruitment firms) the culture of work and fun still stays the same.
Kommunikation
There is a weekly virtual communication among all countries as they are in a constant flow of sharing successes and also WIP in order to put a structure in the workflow.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Colleagues are quite supportive with each other, of course this might varied between countries but in my experience in the German team there was always a nice communication and also a fun time. Even cross-functionally with colleagues in other countries I worked quite well. Quite an international environment.
Work-Life-Balance
As most recruitment firms depending on workload you might have to do some extra time but this is of course up to you. It might be sometimes,
high, medium or low workload which would still give you the chance to leave office on time and enjoy any extra activities. But overall flexible on home office and office time if you structure your work properly.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
In my experience the persons I reported to were always quite open to
hear any complains I might have had. The management was always open
as well, to take the time to listen to you in case of any concerns.
Interessante Aufgaben
Very nice mix of projects, from very senior roles to more junior ones but depending on which division you are this could varied.
Gleichberechtigung
I think if you deliver properly then you will be visible in the company no matter what gender you are. Also there is flexibility in jumping into a more sales focus if you feel like to.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There is a good relationship between all teams, old or young it's all about communication.
Arbeitsbedingungen
There is an IT specialist in the company which will make sure that your equipment is up and running. There could be some improvement still on some systems and equipments. But I believe they are working on that.
