Motivated and supportive team with great company mission
Arbeitsatmosphäre
At SPRK you immediately notice the shared motivation in having a positive impact on reducing food overproduction. Everybody is super helpful in getting you onboarded and integrating you into the team.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
At SPRK I feel that the individual's strengths are being valued and appreciated. Career paths can be developed per person and as SPRK is only starting with their vision, there is much room to develop further.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The team is always there for another to support wherever they can to achieve goals together.
Arbeitsbedingungen
SPRK has a great office in Berlin with a roof terrace :-) I really enjoy the option to have access to free groceries in the office and making use of the monthly free massages.
Kommunikation
Communication is efficient, precise and direct while showing a high degree of appreciation.
Interessante Aufgaben
SPRK is an impact Start-Up with a great vision and mission. As the company is still growing and developing, there are super interesting new projects coming up basically every week.
