Since Stoyo is a StartUp there is always plenty to do. Of course it can happen that you work an hour or two longer. However, this is perfectly ok, because the work there is a lot of fun. In general you are very flexible with your working hours. Beginning and end are not strictly defined. It is also possible to run a home office.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
My superiors are really great. They take the time for a constructive feedback discussion and support you in the tasks when you need them. I always felt I was in good hands. They have also always been open to my suggestions.
Interessante Aufgaben
I did my internship in Business Development. However, I was also able to immerse myself in other areas and broaden my field of activity from time to time. The tasks varied from week to week. I learned a lot of new things.
Gleichberechtigung
Equality is guaranteed here in any case. The company holds together like a family and acts like one.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There are no older people in the company. There are mainly young, friendly people working there. I believe that age doesn't play a role there and treat everyone equally.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Just awesome. Stoyo definitely knows how to keep his employees happy. In addition to free drinks, fruit and sweets are also provided. Everybody has their own workplace and in the lobby you can find a lounge if you need some rest while working. On Fridays the "All Hands" always takes place. A weekly review of the individual areas is presented there. A dinner and a cosy get-together with drinks.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
The company is always aware of its environmental responsibility. Waste separation, little packaging waste and conscious handling of resources. The employees were also given time off during the global climate strike and were present at the demonstration together.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
My salary was above the minimum wage. But the extra services like free drinks, partly food and ice in summer were a special highlight for me. When the working day gets a bit longer, Stoyo also orders and pays for dinner.

I think Stoyo is a rising star in the startup scene. Since they also work with many international companies, it is definitely an advantage to have them in my CV. They are among the top start ups in Germany.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There are regular workshops in which you can participate and continue your education. In addition, there is always the possibility of further training after consultation with superiors, if this is conducive to the work.
There is also a lunch together from time to time at which a colleague gives a lecture to inform us about topics outside of work.
