Maybe invest in more recent computer equipment. Give a more modern facelift to the offices (wooden parquet for example, new paintings on the walls...)

I was fortunate to work with people who gave me autonomy and responsibility. But as in any company, there are always people who are not very positive, you have to accept it and work with them.

Regular schedules, very few overtime hours. A very flexible and caring CEO :)

Stroomer is a serious agency that takes its clients' needs seriously. During the 2 and a half years I worked there, I never heard any negative criticism... but only compliments.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I had a junior position so it was easy to progress quickly. As a consultant, I think it takes a lot more time to progress.
