too little vacation, too little work life balance, too little flexibility
is more responsive to your employees and pays more attention to work-life balance. Focus on automating certain things instead of outsourcing them.
All are under great stress
If it were up to c-level, everyone would be working around the clock. You feel bad if you don't do any or only a few overstudies, and it doesn't make a good impression either.

There is not much exchange because you have so much to do. I can hardly judge the team spirit

It depends on the manager. With some of them it is possible to talk at eye level. But some of them are practically never reachable.
The co working space is modern in the heart of the city but very sparsely furnished. Rather little comfort and no possibility to lock up your work stuff in the office. Attendance at the office is insisted even though the corona numbers continue to be high.
Communication is a disaster. 1000 meetings without progress and nothing is really put in writing and decided upon
Salary is good, but there are no social benefits and only little holidays, during which you usually have to be available.
The work is interesting and since you don't have the right processes for a lot of things, personal responsibility and initiative are very important.
