Even when working in a completely new field, proper support and means are there to quickly learn and step into the task. Often colleagues are paired up in such a way that junior colleagues can get guidance from the experience colleagues and can quickly grow into the role.

It is a complicated subject when it comes to solving the most pressing challenges of the current time. However, STTech is balancing it quite well and there is a flexibility in work which allows to attend personal appointments or issues if needed even during the work times.

From my experience, I would say that senior colleagues and management always listens and pays attention to your ideas and concerns. There is also a tolerance for genuine mistakes and enough guidance is given to learn from the mistakes and grow further. Also, the nice thing is, seniors and management always recognize and support your efforts which boosts your confidence to represent your thoughts without any hesitation.
Interessante Aufgaben
I am yet to come across a task which is not interesting and challenging enough. Tasks in various fields such as autonomous driving, robotics etc. require a doer mindset and with doer mindset, it is never a dull day.
