Great Place To Be
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I really enjoy that my work at Swabian Instruments allows me to contribute to fascinating areas of science. Even after work, I often find myself thinking about my tasks and open questions with genuine curiosity, so much so that it's a pleasure to return to the office the next day and keep exploring them.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
A place with many clever and friendly colleagues who support each other. The office itself is modern and fully equipped.
Work-Life-Balance
Swabian Instruments offers work-life-balance for everyone.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Swabian Instruments offers internal education in the Swabian Academy for people interested in internal tasks (e.g. learning from engineers or application scientists), as well as "external" education in form of Coursera courses or alternative platforms. Obviously, these courses have to have value for the company as well.
Interessante Aufgaben
I can work on the projects that are interesting for me and for the company, but the very best thing about it is, that I can work concentrated on tasks, without being interrupted by many meetings.
