I really enjoy that my work at Swabian Instruments allows me to contribute to fascinating areas of science. Even after work, I often find myself thinking about my tasks and open questions with genuine curiosity, so much so that it's a pleasure to return to the office the next day and keep exploring them.
Familiäre Arbeitsatmosphäre. Man kann so sein wie man ist. Man spricht auf Augenhöhe, auch mit der Führungskraft.
Ich arbeite gern bei Swabian Instruments. Ich fühle mich wohl und mag die Flexibilität, die Freiheit und das Vertrauen, welches mir entgegen gebracht wird. Außerdem schätze ich sehr den Blick für und auf jeden Mitarbeiter. Die Zusammenarbeit mit meinem Chef erlebe ich als sehr positiv und wertschätzend, ebenso die mit meinen Kollegen.

Nach 2 Jahren Corona und viel Homeoffice, ist es wichtig, dass sich unser Team findet. Wir haben einige neue Mitarbeiter, die das Zusammenarbeiten im Büro als Gemeinschaft so gar nicht kennen. Kommunikation ist auf allen Ebenen und in allen Bereichen wichtig und sollte immer wieder neu reflektiert und überarbeitet werden.
